[Arm-netbook] 10in tablet and dock

now that the 7in tablet design is done and nearing completion, we have
a requirement to get an EOMA-68 10in tablet made, and a keyboard
docking station.  can anyone recommend a suitable IPS LCD (say
1280x800) and a capacitive touchpanel?  these are always the hardest
parts to find.  has anyone sourced an LCD and touchpanel (in say an
existing product) and worked with a company that would be willing to
provide access to the supplier?
