These guys at least give pdf.  For all connectors you can find probably
generic 3d models like for micro usb example is:

http://grabcad.com/library/micro-usb-47346-0001-reference

this you can use in constructing PCB model or even adapt to PDF that you
have.

For PCMIA, reconstructing from PDF will not be good. Here you are talking
in 0.1-0.2 mm precision. Can you give me contact so I can try to ask for
part model?
