[Arm-netbook] SoM2 update - board bug fix

SoM2 board bug fix
------------------

Over the weekend I tried to work on the board and spotted
a problem. A10 chip diagram is mirror image in some parts
of the chip documentation.
It got revealed when comparing it with the Cubieboard and its physical
wiring orientation to the DRAM and HDMI.
Doh!
Fixed.
