updated instructions here: http://rhombus-tech.net/allwinner/a20/boot/ basically i managed to compile u-boot (thanks henrik!) and then drop it onto the NAND flash in place of the allwinner / wits-tech compiled one. by default that's compiled to look on SD/MMC 3, so ta-daaa, instant boot from SD/MMC. l.
