I've come across a device based on RTD1185 earlier this week, it looks 
similar to RTD1186, but only runs at 500MHz. It can just be powered by a 
USB port, and consumes about 2 watt when getting data from Wi-Fi, 
decoding H.264 and output this to HDMI.
