we're not telling manufacturers to restrict sizes: there's no limit
other than being able to fit the CPU Card into the case. i've done
the design work which shows it's possible to get down to a 7in size
with around a 10mm thickness. below that size it'd be necessary to
make the unit a bit thicker (12-15mm) by placing the battery *behind*
the electronics.

if you can find the funding - a group buy - large enough to warrant
paying for a tablet to be made then one can be manufactured. there
are other ways.

you don't. that's why the rhombus-tech project exists.

we have absolutely no idea. that's why the rhombus-tech project exists.

all A10 systems are "unbrickable". so you can reverse-engineer them
if the factory hasn't provided the GPL source code. the point of the
rhombus-tech project is however to make it so that you don't *need* to
reverse-engineer the hardware just to gain access to it.

if people who have previously bought them have recorded the
information in the wiki, then yes. i believe there's at least one, it
was about 3 months back.
