 phil if you're reading this as a priority over phil at hands.com (i know
you're busy with alexandria and work at the moment), gandi.net have
sent you a request which you need to authorise: they sent it to
*owner* not *admin*.

 i'm talking to them to get them to change "owner" but it may be
quicker if you search for the message - it will be dating back to the
15th.
