 *grin* i love it.  it's a consistent theme, ever since we started the
arm-netbooks mailing list over years ago, but even before then.  these
companies spend large amounts of money on creating laptop products
that they *think* people want, without actually asking.  but if you
ask them to make something you *actually* want they want money for
design!  why!  they just spent a fortune making something nobody
wants, and i _presume_ it was their own money.
