 superb.... again, please please please get into the habit of wiki
first, mailing list *second*.  for vital tools like this, the mailing
list is absolutely fuck-all use to no-one.

 your message should be,

 "i have written a tool, i have documented it on the wiki at page
{xyz}, you can read all about it there, but basically it does {abc}".

 nobody and i mean nobody not even yourself is going to be able to
find even your *own* tool in one years' time not unless you have an
edietic memory.

 please follow the simple, simple rule of putting EVERYTHING onto the
wiki, WITHOUT fail.  the mailing list is a sequential communications
tool; the wiki is a structured communications tool.
