[Arm-netbook] Mele A1000 benchmarks

Now I've got Debian running I've run some basic CPU benchmarks.

Firstly, nbench (http://www.tux.org/~mayer/linux/bmark.html):

        A1000 SheevaPlug pyanfar
Memory	6.1 3.3 9.6
Integer	5.7 4.6 11
Float	1.7 0.36 17

pyanfar is a 1.6GHz AMD Athlon. It's interesting that while the A1000 is
faster than the SheevaPlug, this benchmark thinks that it's not *much*
faster.

Secondly, Java. There are more of these so they're on this spreadsheet:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AiWQADzU1i2wdHZGWDBqX054eEo4eDliV0p0Zy1KY3c&authkey=CKDJ9o0F&authkey=CKDJ9o0F#gid=0

Unlike nbench, for Java the A1000 appears to be about twice as fast as
the SheevaPlug...

Of course, these are both synthetic benchmarks and are therefore
meaningless, but at least they're interestingly meaningless.

Incidentally: /proc/meminfo claims the A1000 has about 300MB. What
happened to the other 200MB?
