[Arm-netbook] Scripts to build hardware packs and generate a bootable SD card

I was having troubles using your scrips but I fixed that in the end. But
now it seems a10-hwpack-bld.sh<https://github.com/cnxsoft/a10-tools/blob/master/a10-hwpack-bld.sh>
doesn't
work correctly. It all goes well till building u-boot and right as it said
that the script ends.
