Cool it's fixed now.

I may be wrong but as on current experience MALI is dependent on FB UMP
Integration.

That dependency sounds to be broken.

Besides is there any reason to force MALI driver to be as module ? ( I am
not able to select MALI as "*")

EGL Problem is as it is I think I need to go with hit and trail method by
testing various possibility of libs transferring from ubuntu to buildroot
fs.

Here is small thing I change but may simplify life.
