[Arm-netbook] An open-sourced, reversed-engineered Mali GPU driver

It seems that CodeThink, a company supporting open source software, is
involved in making of open source reversed-engineered Mali GPU driver.
According to the source Mali GPU has "clean" design that can help
developers to get easily the desired bits. More progress on this work will
be shown in FOSDEM (Free Open-Source Developers' European Meeting) in the
early February. A lot of work has to be done, but there is a light at the
end of the tunnel.

The news gives a chance of Allwinner A10, which includes Mali-400 GPU, to
have also open source GPU driver. It confirms also the right choice of
Allwinner
A10 as SoC of the project.
