[Arm-netbook] quick experimental board layout

ok, this is a quick experimental layout of those major components for
which there are parts done.

you can see that it's pretty tight.  not as squeezed as i've seen
other boards, but it's... small.  the only limiting unknown factor:
i'm seriously seriously hoping that wits-tech's CPU-DDR3 layouts will
fit.

but if we are really lucky, it may be possible to fit that 2nd
expansion header along-side the current one.  otherwise it will be
necessary to hunt for alternative connectors.  for ease of development
i'm not a real big fan of those B2B connectors.

p.s. i found a micro sd break-out board on qi-hardware.com, which
could be used to do JTAG debugging and/or serial console.  the sd
memory pins on the allwinner a10 are multiplexable over to JTAG and a
UART.
