[Arm-netbook] A10 devkits

I'll happily join. Targets are:

* porting of Fedora linux.

* Streamlining of the boot process, u-boot etc.

* Driver improvements, forward porting and cleanup where needed.

Committment level: 25 hours per month minimum.
