ok, it's damn obtuse, and clearly a quick-and-dirty hack, but it also
clearly makes an effort to make it easy to input information directly
from a datasheet and spew forth something approximating the symbol.

p.s. bari i've tracked down some kicad-orcad conversion tools.  mostly
they're one way (orcad-to-kicad) but kicad can generate orcad
netlists, at least.  there's EDIF and PADS file-formats which are
text-based
