Depends on customs handling I think.

Shipping from China seems to be quite cheap compared to shipping within
europe, but each import customs processing if handled by a customs agent
adds a quite significant processing fee. But on the other hand often not
too large/heavy parcels from China gets delivered without any customs
processing, so hard to say.
