I bought the Marvel Discovery MV78200 Dev-Kit some time ago for I  think
2800 US$ from Marvel over my french distributor.

The shitty thing is, that if you an to get the EVKit, it  is  OK  (there
are some around), but if you want the DevKit you have to sign the NDA.

I think, you have to ask Marvel directly or an  authoritzed  distributor
to get one.  I had the same problem with TI and the OMAP 4430.
