[Arm-netbook] preorder and roadmap clarification

 which makes it even more perplexing to have been told that "a
corporation is banned from being on kickstarter", amongst other
things, plus what is a commercially-successful product doing being
funded by kickstarter when that's exactly what i proposed - getting to
commercial success!

 perhaps, however, it might be the case that they would find
acceptable a software (libre) laptop that has had the majority of its
electronics already done (in the form of a CPU card).  or something
like that.

but, i cannot have any direct dealings with people who are
hypocritical by way of deploying inconsistent rules.   somebody else
would have to put in the project proposal.
