[Arm-netbook] contact details for preorders

we have a number of preorders with invalid (or no) contact details.
one says "Contact: by email" for example... whoops :)

for those people who are on this list, who might not have filled in
contact details, i *might* be able to ask phil to look at the user
database *if* a local user registration was used (and a valid email
address filled in) but otherwise we just won't be able to contact you,
sorry, unless you provide proper contact info!  even if it's a web
site where it's easy for a human to work out who you are.
