ok no breakfast yet here's a tarball containing the files i'm most
likely to have modified:

.config, drivers/video/s3c/Kconfig and Makefile, and it's based on
SMDK6410, you _have_ to lie about the machine type because otherwise
u-boot doesn't let it boot up.

also remember to .... hang on let me add init/main.c to the list of
files modified, with that strcpy(str, "tty1") hack in console_setup()
... ok done.

you MUST set bpp to 16 NOT 24 otherwise you'll risk overdriving the LCD.

maybe a good place to start would be switching off the I2C devices i
added, i don't see those listed in the original chitech disassembly.

i'm going to do yoga and generally take it easy today.
