barometric pressure rose massively starting 3pm yesterday then dropped even lower around 8 hours later (see 24hr graph on photo), result is I have been unable to speak for 29 hours now.

doing well otherwise. noted I have a sore throat indicating a viral infection which is inflammation and the one thing that makes me susceptible: inflammation. sigh. it is what it is, no need to stress about it, that just increases inflammation!
