I cannot disclose the name of my sponsor and friend. having known me for 20 years he was sufficiently shocked by my slurred speech two weeks ago to make an urgent referral to a neurosurgeon in India for scans and treatment, and I am relieved after 11 months of negligent malpractice and abuse by the NHS to say that the individual accepted.
two days ago I had another mini-stroke around 2pm that stopped me from being able to speak for the next two hours, causing continuous tourette's uncontrolled meaningless syllables to come out of my mouth for 45 minutes at a time, and to enter respitory anaphylactic shock for up to 50 minutes at a time. it ended around 10:45pm at night.
today I have very little recollection of what I did yesterday. this *includes* making a *repeat phone call* to the Care Quality Commission to report the exact same abusive behaviour of UHS Neurology Department for maltreatment of someone with a serious medical disability.
the repetition only became apparent when the CQC operator said "is there anything new you would like to add to the report you made yesterday?" I answered, quickly, "yes - that I can't remember the call yesterday, and am obviously suffering from memory degradation as a consequence of the abuse and medical negligence".
it is pretty obviously extremely urgent that I get to India as soon as possible. However I am down now to £800 and am on borrowed time.
I need to leave *in the next few days* - not weeks and certainly not months.

cost of return flights are up to £800.
travel to the airport will be estimated £75.
other costs will include food but in all seriousness if I have to starve I will do so in order to get to the proper medical care I require.
your help and donations if you are able are time-critical.
with thanks and gratitude,
l.

I've had an offer by a friend to put the plane flight onto his credit card, which solves the immediate issue of getting to India for medical diagnosis and treatment. I will not share names for their protection.
it looks like I will be travelling in 2 days time and would very much appreciate peoples' help and support in donations to cover costs in the UK. I receive £390 from Universal Credit and have outgoings around the £700 mark: £450 for campsite ground rent (explicitly EXCLUDED from subsidy when on Universal Credit!) £100 for debt repayment from family embezzlement in 2006, and around £100 in additional costs like internet phone and a gym subscription where I can get showers, which needs 3 months notice to cancel.
I also need to cover a visa to India and travel to Heathrow.
Joshua, Helen, if people are offering donations (one has already) are you able to coordinate them? some people have PayPal etc but cannot make UK bank transfers etc.
