no. the interfaces were picked because they have all been around for over a decade, and they are anticipated to be around and in mass-production use for at least another decade.

with over 2,000 active LCD panels on panellook.com do you see RGB/TTL being retired in the next 10 years?

I agree with you. Perhaps my only doubt is that I think that in 5 years all new screens will MIPI.
