Well, let us note that those are x86 clocks, not ARMv6 clocks. Not that I claim to know how much work this Quark is doing per clock, but certainly a Core 2 running at 700 MHz would lap a RasPi.
Now, if it doesn't get that same work done, then what is Intel thinking?
