aaron: there are very few active key players because the knowledge/skill level is just too high. this should not be a big surprise, given that we're still in the phase of "pre-lots-of-feature-boards".
so we have, in effect, just me and maybe at any one time one or two part-time people helping out on a percentage basis that's in the low single digits on average, and over 350 lurkers who really _really_ want this project to succeed but right now really don't have anything to contribute other than lots of encouragement.
once Improv's out, that entirely changes. this and many other forums will, after that, go completely nuts.
