running out of money, help

I am getting dangerously close to being on the streets and in my medical condition with winter coming up it is highly likely I would be dead within a month as Southampton General NHS neurology department is refusing appointments after I reported 2 assaults by A&E staff. I need high quality food and medical supplements to keep me alive and repair the damage. shellfish salmon blueberries MCT-8 oil and parmesan (contains a rare amino acid) for autism. L-Lysine 6,000 mg a day for micro-vascular repair. it's a long list totalling £1000 a month. I need equipment for the winter: gas for cooking, petrol for generators, additional solar panels new 12v batteries due to failure of existing ones. I will need to stop buying food by the end of the week in order to conserve money so as not to become homeless in January 25, in winter no I cannot "work" as it is simply too dangerous, a client could say the wrong thing and put me into catastrophic medical shock that would take 3-4 weeks to recover. this is not civil legal action this is criminal action. hampshire safeguarding team administrative frontdesk staff are so traumatised by what i tell them that they are going into shock themselves. they are also not prioritising and frequently have directed me to a DIFFERENT team who have no resources to help me and are also becoming traumatised by me calling during post-trauma medical damage periods more than once a day. 101 i have called 200 times in 11 months, the recall of the torture itself causing distress and subsequent harm, especially given that 101 operators are not in any way trained in very rare types of violent and trauma-based criminal law. 111 i have called 20 times and the process is near impossible to navigate in medical distress (triage questionnaire read from a compute4 screen by non-medically-trained staff), and twice resulted in me being assaulted (non-contact ABH). calling 999 will result in me ending up at the very same A&E that has tortured and assaulted me, 5 times, visit 44 (!) on the 3rd november so badly that i had to walk out on visit 45 (5th november) after realising i was sitting in the very same corridor i had crawled along on my hands and knees in terror trying to get away from a manipulative nurse and three security guards who tortured me and physically assaulted me whilst in serious medical and autistic distress. legal aid is not available for criminal prosecution. it is only available for criminal defense. it is also only CIVIL legal aid, the only CRIMINAL legal aid is for domestic violence and the solicitors i have called have not engaged as they have too many cases and/or do not call me back. plus when attempting to explain or summarise it is too complex, i cannot even get through how bad the medical damage and psychological damage has been, precisely because of that same damage. this is real serious, if not nipped in the bud by some actual help and support it sends a message that autistic people can be abused neglected and tortured at whim by medical professionals, and other professionals through no direct fault of their own, being simply not trained to cope with a situation as extreme as the one i have been through and still face. medical artice shows the brain's REPAIR MECHANISM gets DAMAGED by stress and then actively causes further brain damage far beyond the initial brain swelling caused by shock / stress / trauma https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8167938/ please properly consider the consequences of not helping me. l. I run this mail list. I am in the process of moving it to a new machine; at the same time I am upgrading from mailman2 to mailman3. mm3 is a pain (see below). I bridge all lists on the domain onto the old machine until I bring this across [ it has been happening for several days ] but things might break when I move this list. Apologies in advance if things go wrong. Currently running on mailman2, it was fairly easy to set up and get going; but the s/ware base is ancient (python2) and mailman3 does have some advantages (uses real SQL databases for user info, etc; one instance for all domains; etc). However the mm3 documentation is crap. Incomplete, wrong in places, assumes that you understand Django, etc, did I mention that it is incomplete ?
