Hello
We are writing to remind you that the special Earlybird rate for the Eastbourne International Folk Festival was due to end on 15 December, 2018 - today. Since a combination of health, technical and organisational problems delayed the sending of this email reminder, we are extending the Earlybird booking period to 20 December - and apologising.
The ticketing "office" will be closed over the holidays, but you can expect to receive your receipt shortly after it reopens on 6 January.
The booking form is attached, which you can post with your cheque to: Monty Crook (EIFF), 14 Thread Mill Lane, Pymore, Bridport DT6 5QT. Alternatively, you can make an electronic payment and either post the booking form to Monty, or email it to him at tickets at eiff.org.uk; or you can book online at http://eiff.org.uk/tickets.html.
Several people have expressed concern about the catering questions. We would greatly appreciate your responses to help minimise waste, but you are not being asked to commit to taking the meals you indicate.
Day tickets, young persons tickets and new festival dancer tickets will go on sale in January.
With best wishes for the holidays and for a Happy New Year,
Judith De Witt
