Is there library with documented API to support hardware Video decode on<br>

If this is not available is there enough H/W documentation to implement<br>
YUV overlay. Typically this is available on X server as XV extension. At<br>
1.5Ghz with YUV overlay you should be able to decent performance with<br>
software decode.<br>
