I'd like to start here and define what exactly is going on. Going
back to early last year this started out as a ML for the 8.9"
CT-PC89E ARM netbook.<br>

Are we talking about community development of open hardware at the
board level? A project similar to opencores for IP blocks or
OpenMoko, only with <u>everything open</u> including hardware,
software and mechanical design including the enclosure? Are we just
sharing ideas on how to do this in case somebody wants to come along
and decide to build and sell it to us?<br>

I'd be interested in working on a truly open ARM hardware project
for netbooks, tablets, set-top-box etc.. I'm just not certain if we
can find an ARM vendor with a device above ARM 11 with a publicly
open data sheet.<br>
