I believe this $300 kit was mentioned already but the mail includes

To complete this info I would like to mention Steev (Gentoo/Genesi)
told us on IRC rev 1.0 and 1.1 has broken power management (you can't
get below 5W) and that's why no real products can be made until rev
1.2 is out in august.
