The SDIO ones Allwinner lists as supported for their Android SDK is

SEMCO N20 (Nanoradio NR605)
Netcom 6020P (Nanoradio NR605)
USI wm-bri-bm-01 (Broadcom BCM4328) (wifi + bluetooth)
Fortune AR6302 (Atheros AR6302)

But any SDIO module supported by Linux should work fine.
