It's already proven neither Tom or his boss have any influence in the 
final decisions. Pushing Tom to advocate for us will only get him into 
troubles. He is with us because he believes, not because his employer 
has any "commitment with Openness".

Allwinner is a marketing-driven company, fearful and VERY fond to lie 
for the sake of getting something extra thanks to keeping every asset 
they can secret and shot shareable. Like it's common in marketing people 
they offer anything to get the sale done, and after the payment is done 
they... forget.

It's not Tom or (a crowd of) single individuals who can get this solved, 
not even small customers like Tsvetan who can change this. It's the 
large customers and distributors who have access to "the right person" 
up there, those who can give direct orders to Marketing and even when 
they don't (and won't ever) believe it's a good idea, they have to obey.
