[Arm-netbook] OLIMEX A10 board

Be careful with the public released versions of A10 datasheet. I started creating the CAD libraries to do a custom PCB but found too many inconsistencies to proceed.

Btw, I was strickly using the datasheets and didn't have access to the reference design schematics.
