no, as A10 will give you VGA/Composite/HDMI + SATA as standard option and
A10 is with faster 667Mhz clock and with 32 bit data bus vs. 533Mhz clock
and 16 bit memory bus in A13, so A13 board will be *slower* compared to A10
even with same memory amount if CPUs run at same frequency
