with 1GB you'll make people wanting the A10 olinuxino for the use cases 
you trimmed out ;-)

sure there are uses for A10s with 512MB, but the uses gap between the 
A13+hdmi and this mini A10 is pretty narrow. While the 1GB version has 
lots of potential.

It depends a lot on how many models you can build, but with the 
NAND/wifi options the list grows x4. If you can't start with the 12 
models of A1X olinuxinos (A13/512, A10/512, A10/1GB) *please* skip the 
A10/512 models for now.

the "what is an embedded device?" question is also very hard to answer
