 not necessarily.  the A10 is set up so that each DDR3 RAM IC has its
own termination (On-Die Termination), and there are 4 channels, each
of which can be set up to be either 16-bit x2 (for 96BGA) or 8-bit x 4
(for ... 82BGA or thereabouts, can't exactly remember).

 tsetvan, are you planning to use the 2-chip DDR3 setup or the 4-chip
DDR3 setup?  Allwinner and wits-tech strongly advise 4 channels of
8-bit DDR3 RAM.
