hi .. sounds great .. i guess moving up to 1GB would add a great deal
of complexity (and cost) ?

in terms of sata is this single channel ? i ask as usb2 and sd cards
seem to be pig slow compared to usb3 or sata (i like the hard drive
containing the media on the kirkwood plugs i'm currently using to go
in to sleep mode when not needed as the plugs churn away)
