Hi,

if the HDMI certification issue can be got around by doing it over a
DVI connector then perhaps thats an option, i remember if i recall
correctly ? that the ATI 3000/Nvidia 200 did hdmi c/w audio over a dvi
connector using a simple dirt cheap dvi/hdmi connector converter ?

However it may be that your HDMI licencing/certification issue is
basically HDCP proprietory protection ? in that case maybe its worth
not having HDCP on the core board if such a thing is commercially
possible
