Could anyone tell me how to build ICS 4.0.3 using repo https://github.com/Quarx2k ? or where to get step by step instructions to build ics. thanks advance!

I successfully built ICS 4.0.3 and kernel from Qware leaked sources:

but it looks like little bit outdated.
