about following error,
 > E/dalvikvm(   85): Could not stat dex cache directory

please make sure /cache partition is available on your device, /cache is 
wiped, and how much space is left. you may need to add 
"dalvik.vm.dexopt-data-only=1" to build.prop. refer

about following error,

my CM9 didn't have any files related to camera.exDroid.so. I guess you
