[Arm-netbook] A13 schematic

Quick update on the subject: I got A13 datasheet and A13-reference design
schematic and uploaded on GitHub  https://github.com/OLIMEX/OLINUXINO
Shame on Allwinner they didn't provide me this info directly (neither
wanted to sell me A13 samples), so I had to find it from unofficial source
;)
We start the A13-OLinuXino board development today, the specs are on
GitHub:
https://github.com/OLIMEX/OLINUXINO/tree/master/HARDWARE/A13-OLinuXino
If everything goes well we will have prototypes to send to the software
developers by end of June.
