[Arm-netbook] A10 3.0.8 kernel and Android 4.0.3 sources out

I pushed all the missing packages (device/softwinner/* and 
frameworks/base), and forked the other ones (as they are newer).

For the kernel/uboot/buildroot I uploaded them with the same structure 
they had in the original package, so they can be used with "repo". Their 
repo manifest (both for the kernel and for android) is also uploaded
